API and intelligence services have runnable unit baselines.
Top-level product posture is incomplete relative to previously documented multi-service vision.

API service (services/api) with GraphQL/REST endpoints and auth stack
Intelligence service (services/intelligence) with scraping/analysis modules and tests
Frontend workspace (frontend)

Referenced workspaces/services are missing from the current tree: services/worker, services/training, services/showcase, services/analytics.
Monorepo scripts still reference missing services, so dev:all/dev:worker cannot fully run as documented.
Full product claims should be scoped to existing services until missing workspaces are implemented.
